French Apple CakeFrench Apple Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 20 finely chopped apples
  • Topping
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • coconut or chopped nuts

Blend all ingredients. Pour into pan. Sprinkle topping over cake batter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
