Mushrooms & Sauce for Broiled Steak
Saute ½ lb. to 1 lb. mushroom in mixture butter and oil or margarine
Pour liquid into frying pan.
Use 1 tsp. BV Beef Extract; dash Kitchen Bouquet in ½ cup hot water
Add ½ cup wine (Gallo Hearty Burgundy very good)
Add l or more Tarragon, 1 or more Chervil.
Reduce.
